🛍️ Change‑of‑Mind Returns

You may return most items purchased from CHARG3D. within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• With all original tags attached

• In the original packaging

To start a return, please email info@charg3d.comwith your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you easy instructions on next steps.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

📦 Return Costs

• Change‑of‑mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

• Defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping and make it right.

⚠️ Non‑Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Gift cards

• Items damaged after delivery for reasons not due to a product defect
