Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All return requests must be submitted within this period. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed

• In their original condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels intact

• Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

To request a return, please contact us at info@charg3d.com. Returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to assess the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only 

• Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where items do not meet the conditions set out above.
